Culinary Expressions ~
Healthy Living Kids

The food we eat plays a vital role in keeping our cells, and therefore our bodies, working properly. Eating a ‘healthy diet’ doesn’t look the same for everyone.  In our Healthy Living Kids class learn about your body as it relates to food,
and the options available to craft a healthy diet that meets your needs. Keeping a food diary, getting involved in food preparation, and learning how to supply our bodies with the nutrients and overall habits it needs to stay healthy, are
the cornerstones of our Healthy Living Kids course at Freedom Kitchen.
